Top Image Systems, an enterprise content management solutions provider, recently announced it received the 2011 ECM Award for Profitability by the consulting firm Pentadoc.
Top Image Systems was able to land the award due to its mailroom processing solution, which allows up to 60 million pages to be captured and processed each year.
The award was determined on certain criteria from a panel, including scalability, flexibility and technology, the company stated. The mailroom solution offered the company Generali greater service quality for its partners, as well as its customers, which helped the panel determine Top Image Systems for the award.
“We are honored to have been selected for this award as it cements our position as a leader in the enterprise content management market,” said Michael Schrader, managing director for EMEA at Top Image Systems.
The demand for ECM solutions continues to increased worldwide. In 2009, the ECM solutions market reached revenue of $795 million, according to a report by Frost & Sullivan. According to its research, the market is expected to continue its growth, reaching $1.75 billion by 2016.
