Company to help audit SharePoint installations

by | Jun 10, 2009

A new service will help companies audit their SharePoint installationWith more companies implementing enterprise content management tools like SharePoint into their businesses, auditing these systems is becoming more advanced, especially for small businesses – but one company is now making it a little easier.

SharePointHQ, a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner which trains and consults on SharePoint solutions, says its new SharePoint Installation Audit and Diagnostic service will audit a company”s SharePoint site to make sure it has been installed correctly and is working properly.

The company says that this three-day audit is available for both Microsoft Office SharePoint Server and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 and says the service will help firms diagnose problems that can arise from an improper installation.

Hans Leuschner, vice president of SharePointHQ says it will also give users a more complete version of their ECM solution.

"Our audit allows us to come in, identify site issues and ultimately allow companies to unlock the true value of SharePoint," he said. "The end result is that these companies gain from our experience, recoup their initial investment in SharePoint and are left with a SharePoint site they can start to collaborate with and build upon."ADNFCR-1861-ID-19213364-ADNFCR
