Archiving solutions provider Mimosa System sees growth surge in SharePoint platforms

SharePoint platforms have helped fuel Mimosa System''s recent growthEnterprise content management (ECM) has proved to be a profitable solution for many businesses, the use of which can help reduce the cost and time involved with document processing.

According to a recent announcement from email, file and SharePoint archiving solutions provider Mimosa Systems, ECM solutions have been profitable not just for businesses but also for value-added resellers (VARs) and systems integrators who use the Microsoft SharePoint platform.

Mimosa”s SharePoint management product, NearPoint, adds to SharePoint”s ECM services by boosting data retention, discovery and item-level recovery. It allows users to capture various types of content and associated metadata, perform continuous capture, and preserve the relationships between sites and content. NearPoint also allows provides full-text indexing and proactive eDiscovery.
