Snowbound’s New Pinnacle Support Plan – Helping Our Clients’ Achieve their Peak Performance

We keep hearing that America has become a service economy, and even so, you frequently hear about how bad service is everywhere. In a recent marketing meeting, we were discussing our outreach and positioning efforts, and it dawned on us that our service is pretty darn good, so why not let our clients and prospects become better aware of what we have to offer?

This month we’re introducing our new Pinnacle Support Plan featuring services to get our solutions evaluated and verified even more quickly for prospects, as well as ongoing extended support programs to ensure production continuity for our customers. The new plan features four phases designed to assist our users from the initial prospect/evaluation phase, through the ongoing application lifecycle to meet the business challenges down the road. Highlights include:

  • Evaluate & Verify – from the moment the choice is made to take a look at a Snowbound Software solution, our support team is right there, ensuring an expedient and successful trial, verification and results that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Develop & Integrate – using the right tools for the job is critical to any successful implementation. That’s why Snowbound offers off-the-shelf document viewing and conversion applications that meet the needs of many of our customers, and custom software development toolkits (SDKs), for those that require specialized integration with enterprise systems. By the way, we used our own SDK (RasterMaster) to develop our market-leading document viewer (VirtualViewer) and our batch conversion application, (SnowBatch).
  • Launch & Maintain – even after your Snowbound solution is up-and-running; we are constantly striving to make it better through ongoing performance and technology upgrades. Our keeping up with ever-evolving technological changes means that our clients don’t have to and can focus on their core business.
